A full service hotel property in Rocky Hill, CT is looking for a General Manager to lead their operations! 
 
Requirements:

• 3-4 years of Hotel General Manager experience within full service hotel operations.
• Marriott experience a must.
• F&B Hotel operation experience a must. 

Responsibilities: 

• Oversee all aspects of hotel operations including front office, housekeeping, food & beverage, and maintenance.
• Drive revenue growth, profitability, and cost control across all departments.
• Partner with sales teams to drive group, corporate, and transient business.
