A well known hospitality group in St. Petersburg, FL is looking to add a Front of House Manager to their team! 
 
Qualifications

• 2+ years of management experience in a high-volume upscale casual or polished casual restaurant.
• Strong leadership, communication, and team-building skills.
• Passion for hospitality and creating exceptional guest experiences.

Requirements 

• Lead and supervise all front-of-house operations, including dining room, bar, and host team.
• Foster a culture of hospitality by ensuring exceptional guest service and prompt resolution of guest concerns.
• Recruit, train, coach, and develop front-of-house team members to uphold service standards.
