The Banquet Manager leads all banquet and event operations for a high-volume casino in Illinois, ensuring an exceptional guest experience across all functions and events. This role is responsible for managing and developing a high-performing banquet service team, overseeing event execution from setup to breakdown, and maintaining the highest standards of hospitality and operational excellence in a fast-paced, event-driven casino environment.
 
Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Banquet Manager or senior event service leader within a high-volume casino, hotel, or similar large-scale hospitality environment
• Strong organizational and operational skills with a demonstrated ability to manage multiple events simultaneously while maintaining exceptional service quality and guest satisfaction
• Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to recruit, develop, and inspire a high-performing banquet service team while ensuring seamless event execution and adherence to casino brand standards

Responsibilities

• Oversee all banquet and event operations for the casino, ensuring exceptional service quality, guest satisfaction, and seamless execution across all functions and events
• Lead, mentor, and develop the banquet service team while fostering a culture of hospitality, accountability, and continuous improvement in a fast-paced, high-volume casino environment
• Collaborate with culinary, sales, and casino leadership teams to ensure effective event planning, coordination, and execution that exceeds guest expectations and aligns with casino brand standards
