The Director of Sales leads all sales operations for a casino in Maryland, bringing strategic leadership and a proven track record of driving revenue growth to a dynamic, guest-focused gaming and hospitality environment. This role is responsible for developing and executing comprehensive sales strategies, building and maintaining key client relationships, and leading a high-performing sales team in a competitive, fast-paced casino setting.
 
Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Director of Sales or senior sales leader within a casino, gaming, or similar large-scale hospitality environment, with a comprehensive understanding of sales strategies, market dynamics, and revenue optimization
• Strong analytical and strategic skills with a demonstrated ability to develop and execute innovative sales initiatives that drive revenue growth, expand market share, and maximize property performance
• Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to recruit, develop, and inspire a high-performing sales team while maintaining the highest standards of professionalism, accountability, and client service excellence

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies across all revenue channels, including group sales, convention and event bookings, and casino hosting, to drive revenue growth and maximize overall property performance
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, corporate accounts, and strategic partners while identifying and pursuing new business development opportunities to expand market share
• Recruit, mentor, and develop a high-performing sales team while fostering a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement in a competitive gaming and hospitality environment
