The Senior Manager of Player Development leads all player development operations across 3 casinos in Iowa, bringing strategic leadership and a deep understanding of guest relations and loyalty programs to a dynamic, guest-focused gaming environment. This role is responsible for driving revenue growth, cultivating high-value guest relationships, and developing a high-performing player development team in a competitive, fast-paced casino setting.
 
Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Senior Manager of Player Development or similar leadership role within a casino or gaming environment, with a comprehensive understanding of player development strategies, loyalty programs, and high-value guest relations
• Strong analytical and strategic skills with a demonstrated ability to identify and cultivate high-value player relationships while driving revenue growth and maximizing guest loyalty
• Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to recruit, develop, and inspire a high-performing player development team while maintaining the highest standards of guest service and professionalism

Responsibilities

• Oversee all player development operations, developing and executing strategic initiatives to identify, cultivate, and retain high-value guests while driving revenue growth and maximizing casino performance
• Build and maintain strong relationships with high-value players, delivering personalized, exceptional service experiences that reflect the casino's commitment to guest loyalty and satisfaction
• Recruit, mentor, and develop a high-performing player development team while fostering a culture of guest service excellence, accountability, and continuous improvement
