An Upscale Mexican Restaurant is seeking a Restaurant Manager to oversee FOH operations and deliver best-in-class hospitality in Philadelphia, PA! 
 
Qualifications:

• 3-5 years of management experience in upscale casual or fine dining environments
• Strong presence on the floor with a guest-first mindset
• Ability to lead, train, and retain a dynamic FOH team  

Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily FOH operations including service, reservations, staffing, and scheduling
• Ensure hospitality and service standards are executed consistently
• Support hiring, onboarding, and development of FOH staff
• Collaborate with BOH, ownership, and training teams to deliver a seamless opening
