An upscale, high-volume, chef-driven Mexican restaurant is looking for an experienced Executive Chef to lead culinary operations in Philadelphia! 
 
Qualifications

• 5+ years of Executive Chef experience
• High-volume, scratch kitchen experience required
• Experience managing food and labor costs
• Strong leadership, coaching, and team development skills
• Experience with upscale, chef-driven restaurant concepts preferred
• Stable tenure with progressive career growth

Responsibilities

• Oversee all back-of-house operations, ensuring exceptional food quality, consistency, and execution.
• Lead, coach, hire, and develop the culinary team while fostering a positive kitchen culture.
• Manage food cost, labor cost, inventory, purchasing, and overall kitchen financial performance.
• Collaborate with restaurant leadership to execute menus, improve systems, and maintain operational excellence.
• Ensure compliance with all food safety, sanitation, and company standards while driving continuous improvement.
