An upscale, high-volume, chef-driven Mexican restaurant is looking for an experienced Executive Chef to lead culinary operations in Philadelphia!
Qualifications
5+ years of Executive Chef experience
High-volume, scratch kitchen experience required
Experience managing food and labor costs
Strong leadership, coaching, and team development skills
Experience with upscale, chef-driven restaurant concepts preferred
Stable tenure with progressive career growth
Responsibilities
Oversee all back-of-house operations, ensuring exceptional food quality, consistency, and execution.
Lead, coach, hire, and develop the culinary team while fostering a positive kitchen culture.
Manage food cost, labor cost, inventory, purchasing, and overall kitchen financial performance.
Collaborate with restaurant leadership to execute menus, improve systems, and maintain operational excellence.
Ensure compliance with all food safety, sanitation, and company standards while driving continuous improvement.
