Chief Engineer 
 
Location: Eleuthera, Bahamas

Salary: $80,000 USD (Tax-Free Income) + Performance Bonus

A luxury beachfront resort in the Bahamas is seeking an experienced Chief Engineer to oversee all engineering and maintenance operations.
 
Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience as a Chief Engineer, Engineering Manager, or Assistant Chief Engineer in a luxury hotel or resort
• Strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, mechanical, refrigeration, and life safety systems
• Experience leading preventative maintenance programs and capital improvement projects
• Proven leadership experience managing engineering and maintenance teams

Responsibilities

• Oversee all engineering and maintenance operations throughout the resort
• Develop and manage preventative maintenance programs for guest rooms, villas, restaurants, public areas, pools, marina, and mechanical systems
• Lead, mentor, and develop the engineering team while maintaining high performance standards
