Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years as a Sous Chef
• Upscale, high volume experience
• Knife in hand Chef
• Scratch Kitchen

 
Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations of the BOH team
• Ordering, Receiving, Scheduling, Food/Labor Cost
