Seeking a knife-in-hand chef with a luxury background to run the culinary program for a prestigious senior community.
 
Qualifications

• minimum 2 years experience in Senior Living (not hospitals, but residences)
• minimum 5 years luxury/fine dining experience (hotel, restaurant, private club)
• College or Culinary School Degree required

 
Responsibilities

• directing all kitchen operations while providing hands-on culinary training to kitchen staff, ensuring scratch cooking standards are met across the operation.
• supervising and coordinating culinary activities across all dining venues, plus special events and private functions.
• enhancing the overall resident experience by upholding the standard of professional, courteous, and timely service across all culinary interactions.
