A Forbes Five-Star luxury mountain resort is seeking a Sous Chef to join the leadership team of its signature restaurant. 
 
Qualifications

• 2+ years of Sous Chef or culinary leadership experience
• High-volume upscale restaurant or luxury hotel experience or independent/private chef experience
• Strong leadership and team development skills

 Responsibilities

• Assist the Executive Chef with the daily operation of the kitchen
• Lead, train, coach, and develop the culinary team
• Execute exceptional food quality, presentation, and consistency during service
