A premier upscale casual restaurant is seeking an Assistant Restaurant Manager to help lead daily operations. 
 
Qualifications:

• 3-5 years of management experience in an upscale casual or polished casual restaurant
• Passion for hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences
• Solid tenure

 
Responsibilities:

• Support the General Manager in overseeing all daily restaurant operations
• Lead front-of-house service while maintaining exceptional hospitality and execution standards
• Hire, train, coach, and develop hourly team members
