The Executive Chef leads all culinary operations for a new Italian dining concept within a high-volume casino in Hollywood, bringing authentic culinary expertise and creative vision to a dynamic, guest-focused food and beverage program. This role is responsible for menu development, kitchen leadership, and maintaining the highest standards of culinary quality, consistency, and financial performance in a fast-paced, casino dining environment.
 
Qualifications

• Proven experience as an Executive Chef or senior culinary leader with a strong background in Italian cuisine within a high-volume casino, hotel, or upscale restaurant environment
• Deep knowledge of Italian culinary traditions, techniques, and ingredients with the ability to develop innovative, authentic, and guest-driven menus that elevate the dining experience
• Demonstrated financial acumen with a track record of managing food costs, budgets, and kitchen operations to drive profitability and operational excellence

Responsibilities

• Lead all culinary operations for the Italian dining concept, ensuring authentic, high-quality food execution and a consistently exceptional guest experience aligned with the casino's brand standards
• Develop and execute creative, seasonally driven menus that celebrate Italian culinary traditions while reflecting the energy and sophistication of a premier casino dining destination
• Recruit, mentor, and develop a high-performing culinary team while fostering a culture of excellence, creativity, and continuous improvement
