The Chef de Cuisine leads culinary operations for a premier western resort in Wyoming, bringing bold culinary vision and hands-on kitchen leadership to a dynamic, guest-focused dining program. This role is responsible for kitchen management and maintaining the highest standards of culinary quality, consistency, and financial performance in a unique, destination-driven hospitality environment.
 
Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Chef de Cuisine or senior culinary leader within a luxury resort, upscale hotel, or similar full-service hospitality environment
• Strong culinary expertise with a demonstrated ability to develop and execute creative, seasonally driven menus that reflect the resort's brand standards and western hospitality identity
• Demonstrated financial acumen with a track record of managing food costs, budgets, and kitchen operations to drive profitability and operational excellence

Responsibilities

• Lead culinary operations for the resort, ensuring exceptional food quality, consistency, and execution across dining outlets and event functions that align with the resort's premium brand standards
• Develop and execute innovative, seasonally driven menus that celebrate local ingredients and reflect the spirit and character of a premier western resort destination
• Recruit, mentor, and develop a high-performing culinary team while fostering a culture of excellence, creativity, and continuous improvement in a one-of-a-kind destination environment
