A restaurant group in Asheville, NC is looking for a great Executive Chef to oversee two of their restaurants! 
 
Requirements: 

• 6+ years of culinary leadership experience within scratch kitchen restaurant operations.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• Experience with seasonal, scratch kitchens and locally sourced ingredients preferred.
• Proven ability to manage food and labor costs while maintaining high culinary standards.
• Culinary Degree highly preferred. 

Responsibilities:

• Oversee all day-to-day culinary operations for both restaurant locations.
• Lead, mentor, and develop BOH management teams, chefs, and line staff while fostering a positive and accountable culture.
• Ensure consistency in food quality, presentation, sanitation, and execution across both concepts.
• Collaborate with ownership and leadership teams on seasonal menu development, specials, and culinary innovation.
