Large Hotel with high volume banquet operations known for hosting conventions, weddings, galas, and large-scale events.
Qualifications:
Plan, organize, and execute banquet menus for weddings, corporate events, and private functions
Lead and supervise banquet kitchen staff, including scheduling, training, and performance management
Ensure timely preparation and delivery of food for events of varying sizes, often under strict timelines
Collaborate with event planners and sales teams to customize menus and accommodate client requests
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Banquet Chef, Executive Sous Chef, or similar high-volume role
Strong leadership and team management skills
Ability to work in fast-paced, high-pressure environments
Extensive knowledge of food safety standards and kitchen operations
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Culinary degree or equivalent experience preferred
