• Plan, organize, and execute banquet menus for weddings, corporate events, and private functions
• Lead and supervise banquet kitchen staff, including scheduling, training, and performance management
• Ensure timely preparation and delivery of food for events of varying sizes, often under strict timelines
• Collaborate with event planners and sales teams to customize menus and accommodate client requests

• Proven experience as a Banquet Chef, Executive Sous Chef, or similar high-volume role
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Ability to work in fast-paced, high-pressure environments
• Extensive knowledge of food safety standards and kitchen operations
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Culinary degree or equivalent experience preferred
