A high volume restaurant is looking for a great Executive Kitchen Manager to run their operations in Ithaca, NY
 
Qualifications

• 4+ years of Executive Chef or Head Chef experience
• High volume experience a must 
• Great leadership skills

Responsibilities

• Take responsibility for preparation and comprehensive understanding of operations to drive financial success.
• Support the implementation of new menus, systems, and kitchen strategies.
• Collaborate in optimizing financial outcomes and participate in periodic inventory tasks.
