A high volume rooftop restaurant in Charleston, SC is looking for a great Restaurant Manager to add to lead their team! 
 
Requirements: 

• 2+ years of prior restaurant management experience. 
• High volume experience a must.
• Demonstrates a strong servant leadership mindset, with the ability to effectively manage, mentor, and develop team members.

Responsibilities: 

•  Able to work a flexible schedule that varies week to week based on business needs, including more than 40 hours, as well as holidays and weekends, often with minimal notice.
• Demonstrates the ability to adapt to frequently changing priorities and deadlines while maintaining a positive attitude, professionalism, and a collaborative approach.
• Fast-paced, high-volume restaurant and bar environment. May also support operations across the property, including additional restaurant and banquet outlets, storage areas, kitchens, guest-facing spaces, and shared office areas.
