The Food & Beverage Manager is responsible for overseeing daily operations of a hotel restaurant in Arlington. This role ensures strong service execution, team leadership, and guest satisfaction while maintaining efficient operations and supporting overall restaurant performance. Hotel experience is not required, strong restaurant fundamentals are key.
 
Qualifications

• Proven experience in a restaurant management role in a high-volume or upscale environment
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to train, coach, and develop teams
• Solid understanding of service standards, labor management, and guest satisfaction

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily front-of-house operations, ensuring quality service and guest experience
• Manage staffing, scheduling, and team development to maintain operational standards
• Support financial performance through labor control, cost awareness, and consistent execution
