The Executive Chef is the culinary visionary and operational leader for a restaurant with Michelin-level aspirations in Breckenridge. This role is responsible for driving a refined, chef-driven concept focused on elevated technique, seasonality, and exceptional guest experience, while building a team and culture capable of achieving top-tier recognition.
 
Qualifications

• Proven experience as an Executive Chef or Chef de Cuisine in a fine dining, Michelin-starred, or Michelin-aspiring environment
• Strong foundation in modern techniques, seasonal menu development, and elevated plating standards
• Demonstrated ability to build and lead high-performing teams in detail-driven, high-expectation kitchens

Responsibilities

• Lead all culinary operations, ensuring precision, creativity, and consistency aligned with Michelin-level standards
• Develop innovative, seasonal tasting menus and oversee execution across all service periods
• Recruit, train, and mentor a top-tier culinary team while maintaining cost controls and operational discipline
