The Restaurant General Manager is responsible for leading all operations for a hotel-based restaurant in Arlington. This role drives guest experience, team leadership, and financial performance while maintaining consistent service standards in a dynamic hospitality environment. Hotel experience is not required—strong restaurant leadership is the priority.
 
Qualifications

• Proven experience as a General Manager in a high-volume or upscale restaurant environment
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to build, train, and develop service teams
• Demonstrated success managing P&L, labor, and driving revenue performance

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring exceptional service and guest satisfaction
• Lead, train, and develop FOH and BOH teams to maintain operational standards
• Drive financial performance through labor management, cost controls, and revenue optimization
