Looking for a Hands-On General Manager to oversee all day-to-day operations across two high-volume, experience-driven venues

Qualifications:

Someone to take control of the Front of House
Strong leadership presence with a track record of building, mentoring, and retaining high-performing management teams

Requirements:

5+ years of experience as a General Manager in an upscale or high-volume restaurant
Lead and develop management and hourly teams across both locations, fostering a culture of accountability, energy, and elevated guest service
Full P&L accountability with demonstrated revenue growth and profitability results
Experience managing annual revenues of $5M+ preferred
Ability to recruit, hire, train, and retain a high-performing FOH leadership team
Strong background in service standards development and execution
Demonstrated ability to drive guest satisfaction and repeat business
