Salary: $80k-$85k

A boutique hotel is looking for a great Chef De Cuisine to lead and operate their restaurant operations! 
 
Requirements: 

• 3-4 years of Senior Culinary management experience.
• Fine dining/upscale experience a must.
• Prior hotel experience a plus.
• A hands on operator that also have experience with administrative work. 

Responsibilities:
 

• Create seasonal menus and rotating daily specials.
• Coach and develop kitchen staff in culinary skills and safe work practices.
• Oversee staffing, inventory control, budgeting, and kitchen operations.
