Qualifications: Tenure that shows stability in prior roles (no job-hoppers) 2+ years of supervisory experience or 5+ years of professional culinary experience with a pastry focus Hands-on pastry leadership experience with the ability to oversee daily dessert production, quality, and presentation Strong experience building and maintaining recipe standards, portion control, plating consistency, and production schedules Experience managing inventory, ordering, receiving, and minimizing waste to meet food cost targets Proven ability to train, supervise, and mentor pastry team members while supporting overall BOH development Ability to jump onto savory stations during service and support overall kitchen operations Strong knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards Must be able to work nights, weekends, and holidays as business needs require Requirements: Highly organized with strong time management and attention to detail Calm under pressure with a solutions-oriented mindset during busy service Strong communicator who can collaborate across pastry and savory teams Team-first mentality with the ability to hold standards without ego
