Executive Chef / Kitchen Manager
Location: Milwaukee, WI
Salary: $75K - $85K + quarterly bonus

Property Description: High-volume, themed dining concept delivering an immersive guest experience with strong culinary execution.


Qualifications:

• 2+ years in a Kitchen Manager or leadership role in a high-volume restaurant
• Strong knowledge of food cost control, inventory management, and kitchen operations
• Culinary training or equivalent hands-on experience in professional kitchens

Requirements:

• Valid U.S. work visa (no sponsorship available)
• ServeSafe certification (or ability to obtain)
• Ability to lead teams, manage labor, and maintain safety and sanitation standards
