Location: Norwalk, CT / Mount Kisco, NY
Salary: $85,000 - $110,000 Base

Growing upscale-casual Chinese restaurant brand seeks a Multi-Unit Chef to lead two full-service locations; only local candidates considered.
Qualifications:

• 3-5+ years of Kitchen Manager, Executive Sous Chef, or Chef de Cuisine experience in high-volume, upscale-casual restaurants.
• Multi-unit culinary leadership experience required.
• Systems-oriented leader with strong coaching, accountability, and operational discipline.
• Experience with Pan-Chinese cuisine, wok cooking, and Asian ingredients strongly preferred.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee culinary operations for the Norwalk, CT, location and eventually assume a new location opening in Mount Kisco, NY.
• Implement systems, standards, and training programs to ensure consistency across both locations.
• Manage food and labor costs, scheduling, inventory, prep systems, and daily kitchen execution.
• Partner with leadership to streamline BOH operations and support future brand growth.
