The General Manager is responsible for overseeing all operations for a dynamic restaurant, retail, and event-driven hospitality venue in Honolulu. This role leads cross-functional teams across food service, retail operations, and private events while ensuring exceptional guest experiences, strong financial performance, and seamless day-to-day operations in a high-energy environment.
 
Qualifications

• Proven experience as a General Manager or senior operations leader in a multi-revenue hospitality concept
• Strong background in restaurant operations with exposure to retail and/or event-driven business models
• Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to manage teams, budgets, and guest experience initiatives
