A private country club seeks a refined chef to elevate their dining options. 
 
Qualifications

• Proven senior culinary leadership experience overseeing multi-outlet dining operations and high-volume banquet programs.
• Strong culinary foundation with formal training combined with deep knowledge of food production, kitchen management, and food safety standards.
• Demonstrated ability to lead, develop, and retain diverse culinary teams while collaborating effectively with front-of-house leadership and engaging directly with members/guests.

 
Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all culinary operations across multiple kitchens, including à la carte dining, seasonal outlets, and concurrent banquet events.
• Develop menus, standardize recipes, and ensure consistent food quality, sanitation, safety, and cost controls while meeting labor and budgetary goals.
• Build a positive, high-performance kitchen culture through recruiting, training, mentoring, communication, and hands-on leadership, while serving as a visible ambassador of the food program
