Qualifications:
3-5 years of experience in event planning, preferably in a restaurant, or hospitality setting.
Exceptional organizational skills, with a proven ability to manage multiple events and timelines simultaneously.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a polished and professional demeanor.
Requirements:
Plan, coordinate, and execute a wide range of events including member social gatherings, private functions, weddings, corporate events, and holiday celebrations.
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and members throughout the planning and execution process, ensuring clear communication and flawless service.
Work closely with the culinary, beverage, and clubhouse teams to ensure cohesive event execution.
