A well-established Restaurant is seeking a Floor Manager to help lead the culinary team.

• Strong organization skills, time management, attention to detail
• Strong food/wine/beverage knowledge as well as front desk and guest relations experience.

Qualifications: 

• A minimum of 3 years fine dining/premium casual restaurant management experience required
• Passionate about food & beverage
• Detail oriented while being able to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
• Computer literacy to include Toast, Microsoft Office, Resy
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  Excellent phone skills, customer service oriented and proactive
