Qualifications:
Minimum 3-5 years of Banquet Chef or senior banquet leadership experience
Background in luxury or upscale hotel environments
Strong knowledge of banquet production, timing, and execution
Requirements:
Oversee all banquet food production and execution
Ensure consistency, quality, and presentation for all events
Manage prep schedules, staffing, and event flow
Maintain food safety, sanitation, and hotel standards
