Salary - $90K-$98K

A high-volume French restaurant operation within a luxury hotel in Washington, DC is seeking an Executive Sous Chef to support all culinary operations.
Qualifications:
Minimum 3-5 years of senior sous or executive sous chef experience
Strong restaurant background with high-volume service
Experience supporting multiple service channels
French Cuisine experience preferred but not required
Requirements:
Support the Executive Chef in all kitchen operations
Lead daily service execution across restaurant, IRD, and banquets
Train, mentor, and manage BOH team members
Maintain quality, consistency, and food safety standards
