Michelin-starred restaurant seeks an experienced Chef de Partie to execute service at the highest level.

Qualifications:

3+ years fine-dining experience; Michelin-starred experience strongly preferred
Strong foundational technique, consistency, and meticulous attention to detail
Mexican cuisine experience strongly preferred; confident with chiles, masa, salsas, and regional Mexican preparations
Highly organized, reliable, guest-focused communicator with a growth mindset

Responsibilities:

Own an assigned station during service, delivering consistent execution, timing, and quality at the highest level
Maintain full station readiness (mise en place, organization, sanitation, and equipment care) for smooth, efficient service
Support training and mentorship of cooks/stages while contributing to a positive, high-performance kitchen culture
Follow recipes, portioning, and food safety standards; communicate needs and resolve issues quickly during service
