A private historic club in Hilton Head SC is looking for a great Sous Chef to oversee their F&B outlets. 
 
Qualifications:

• 3-4 years of kitchen management experience, preferably in private club environments.
• High volume and multi unit operation experience a must.
• Strong culinary 
• Culinary Degree preferred

Requirements:

• The Sous Chef assists with menu execution, station oversight, and event production while helping lead and motivate the culinary team during service.
• Operational duties include assisting with inventory control, ordering, food cost management, and minimizing waste.
• This role is hands-on and service-driven, contributing directly to the preparation, execution, and delivery of exceptional member dining experiences.
