A private historic club in Hilton Head SC is looking for a great Executive Sous Chef to oversee their F&B outlets. 
 
Qualifications:

• 4-5+ years of Executive Sous Chef experience, preferably in a private club space. 
• High volume and multi unit operation experience a must.
• Banquet experience a must. 
• Culinary Degree preferred. 

Requirements:

• Operational responsibilities include food cost control, inventory management, ordering, waste reduction, and adherence to budgetary guidelines.
• This role actively leads and mentors the culinary team, managing scheduling, training, performance standards, and team development while promoting a positive and accountable work environment.
• This position requires a hands-on culinary leader with strong organizational skills, a passion for hospitality, and the ability to thrive in a high-volume, member-driven private club environment.
