Seeking an established chef to lead a small culinary program at an upscale mountain resort. 
 
Qualifications

• skilled and creative chef who can foster a positive work environment
• ability to collaborate with all departments and proactively drive business
• well-established in career and is ok with a remote location 

 
Responsibilities

• own food cost control, purchasing, inventory, and vendor relationships, with a sharp eye on margins without sacrificing quality.
• recruit, train, and mentor the kitchen team, building a strong culture of accountability, professionalism, and growth.
• set the culinary vision across all dining outlets, ensuring menus reflect the resort's identity, seasonality, and guest expectations while maintaining consistent quality and presentation.
