Private golf & social club in Tallahassee, FL is looking for a Director of F&B to join their team. 
 
Qualifications 

• Multi-unit experience preferred 
• Upscale experience preferred 
• Prior country club, private club or hotel experience
• At least 2+ years in a multi-unit GM or Director role. 

Responsibilities 

• Strategic F&B Leadership - Oversee all food and beverage operations; set service standards, programming, and experiences that enhance member satisfaction and align with the organization's long-term vision.
• Operational Excellence & Team Leadership - Lead, develop, and hold accountable F&B leadership and service teams; ensure consistent execution across dining outlets, events, and club functions.
• Financial Performance & Controls - Manage budgets, forecasting, cost controls, and vendor relationships; drive profitability while maintaining quality, service standards, and compliance.
