Private golf & social club in Tallahassee, FL is looking for an Executive Chef to join their team. 
 
Qualifications 

• James Beard or Michelin experience preferred 
• Southern/New American cuisine experience 
• At least 3+ years in a leadership role 
• No job hopping, must have at least 2+ years tenure in each role. 

Responsibilities 

• Culinary Vision & Quality - Define and execute the culinary direction; develop seasonally driven menus for dining, events, and high-volume service while ensuring consistency, quality, and presentation.
• Kitchen Leadership & Operations - Lead, train, and mentor culinary teams; oversee daily BOH operations, staffing, scheduling, and execution across all service areas.
• Financial & Strategic Management - Control food and labor costs, purchasing, and inventory; partner with senior leadership on budgeting, forecasting, and long-term operational strategy.
