A top-tier catering company is hiring a Sales Assistant to support its growing events team. 
 
Key Responsibilities

• Support Sales Executives in managing client files, proposals, and event details
• Maintain and update CRM and event management systems
• Communicate with clients on timelines, confirmations, and post-event follow-up
• Participate in on-site event support as needed

Non-Negotiables

• 1+ years of experience in hospitality, events, or administrative roles (internships okay)
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to juggle multiple projects
• Strong written and verbal communication
• Detail-oriented and client-focused
