Thriving Restaurant Group is looking for a Pastry Chef for a new Fine Dining concept in Birmingham, AL. 
 
Qualifications: 

• Prior pastry chef experience at hotel or upscale standalone concepts 
• Savory experience in addition is preferred but not required 
• Experience with old school classics: creme brûlée, pies, etc. 

Responsibilities: 

• Create and executive a 5-6 item dessert menu 
• Oversee restaurant prep
