Oversee daily restaurant operations, including scheduling and task assignments
Manage and train staff to ensure efficient and high-quality service
Maintain a positive and welcoming atmosphere for customers, addressing concerns and resolving issues promptly
Qualifications
At least 3 years of experience in restaurant management (restaurant supervisor, f&b supervisor, restaurant shift manager, etc.) in a steakhouse or casual dining setting
Casino, hotel, or standalone restaurant experience
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
Certification in food safety and sanitation
