Looking for a hands on Manager to run day to day operations for an exciting new concept opening in Houston!

Preferred Requirements:

Hands-on experience in back-of-house operations, with a strong understanding of inventory management, budgeting, and cost control
Ability to train, mentor, and supervise a dynamic team, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment
Proficiency in managing inventory, ordering supplies, and maintaining proper storage and handling of all ingredients
Commitment to upholding the highest standards of food quality and guest service
Adaptability and openness to embracing technological advancements, such as the robotic cooking woks utilized at the restaurant

Preferred Qualifications:

Proven track record of success in a General Manager or Assistant General Manager role within the hospitality industry
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to navigate challenges and find innovative solutions
Strong financial acumen, with experience in profit and loss management and budgeting
