Salary - $280-300k + bonus

Seeking a refined & down-to-earth chef with Michelin-level experience to run a fine dining restaurant. 
 
Qualifications

• has mentored under a well-known chef, minimum 5 years in fine dining management
• Mature and accomplished in their career, passionate about the food
• excited for the opportunity to make a name for themself with this unique project

 
Responsibilities

• work with the consulting chefs to fine tune the menu
• interact with HNW guests/members to accommodate special requests
• be a calm and organized force that drives menu innovation 
• opening is planned for Summer 2026 - ideal start date in March
