Salary: $70,000 - $80,000

Chef-driven restaurant and bar in Fairfield County seeks a growth-minded FOH Manager to oversee daily operations.
Qualifications:

• 2-4 years of supervisory experience in full-service restaurants (AGM/Shift Lead/Supervisor welcome).
• Strong service instincts and hospitality standards; organized, coachable, and eager to develop GM-level business skills.
• Proven people leader with clear communication, calm problem-solving, and strong follow-through.

Responsibilities:

• Lead daily FOH operations and service execution, building a consistent guest experience through hands-on floor leadership.
• Partner with senior leadership to learn forecasting, ordering/inventory, COGS, and labor planning while improving performance.
• Hire, train, and develop the FOH team; coach in real time, run pre-shifts, and drive accountability and culture.
• Support local marketing, events, and catering as needed.
