The Assistant General Manager / FOH Manager is a key leadership role for a high-quality steakhouse restaurant, responsible for overseeing front-of-house operations, guest experience, and service standards. This position partners closely with the General Manager to drive operational excellence, team performance, and consistent hospitality execution.
 
Qualifications

• Strong FOH leadership experience in a high-volume, upscale or steakhouse restaurant environment
• Proven ability to lead, train, and motivate service teams while maintaining service standards
• Solid understanding of guest relations, floor management, and restaurant financial drivers

Responsibilities

• Lead daily front-of-house operations, ensuring exceptional guest experience and service flow
• Manage FOH staff scheduling, training, performance, and on-the-floor leadership
• Support the General Manager with operational execution, guest recovery, and revenue optimization
