Salary: $80,000 - $90,000

The Executive Sous Chef plays a key leadership role in a high-volume, fine dining steakhouse, supporting all culinary operations with a strong emphasis on quality, consistency, and team development. This position partners closely with the Executive Chef to uphold standards, drive execution, and elevate the guest experience.
 
Qualifications

• 3-5+ years of Sous Chef or Executive Sous Chef experience in fine dining or upscale steakhouses
• High-volume production skills with strong leadership and training abilities
• Proven expertise in culinary execution, sanitation, and kitchen operations

Responsibilities

• Support daily kitchen operations, ensuring consistent, high-quality culinary execution
• Lead, train, and mentor the culinary team to maintain fine dining standards
• Assist with inventory, ordering, scheduling, and maintaining food and labor cost targets
