 A growing hospitality group is looking for a Executive Chef for their fine dining seafood concept in Atlanta, GA!  
 
Qualifications 

• Minimum of 10 years of progressive culinary experience preferred, including at least 5 years in a senior management role
• High volume and upscale/fine dining experience a must. 
• Strong leadership skills and strong work tenure.

Responsibilities 

• Lead and oversee the entire culinary team, managing day-to-day kitchen operations including production, prep, special events, purchasing, and receiving
• Direct food production and plating from the pass during service to maintain quality and consistency.
• Train, mentor, and develop all culinary team members, fostering an educational environment for future advancement. 
• Cost menus to meet or exceed budgeted food cost percentages.
