Fine-dining restaurant, is seeking an experienced General Manager to lead  operations in an intimate, high-performance environment. This role is ideal for a hospitality leader with a strong background in Michelin-starred dining and exceptional service standards.
 
Requirements:

• Proven experience in a 2- or 3-Michelin-star restaurant; strong leadership and guest-experience focus; background in fine-dining, tasting-menu operations.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily restaurant operations; ; manage scheduling, labor and cost controls; ensure seamless guest experience aligned with Michelin standards; collaborate closely with ownership and culinary leadership.
