The Vice President of Player Development is a senior, hands-on individual contributor responsible for cultivating and growing high-value player relationships. This role manages a personal book of business across the Pacific Northwest, driving revenue through strategic VIP acquisition, retention, and loyalty initiatives for the Lake Tahoe casino property.
 
Qualifications

• Proven executive-level experience in casino Player Development with an established VIP book of business
• Strong network and relationship depth within the Pacific Northwest gaming market
• Ability to operate as a self-directed contributor while collaborating with property leadership

Responsibilities

• Personally manage and expand a high-value player portfolio across the Pacific Northwest
• Drive incremental gaming revenue through tailored player engagement and reinvestment strategies
• Align player development efforts with property marketing, events, and VIP programs
