Qualifications

• Proven leadership experience in fine dining or luxury resort culinary operations
• Strong knowledge of seasonal, fresh-ingredient-driven cuisine and menu development
• Hands-on leader with the ability to train, mentor, and develop culinary teams

Requirements
 

• Support menu creation, training programs, and execution of seasonal culinary initiatives while balancing quality and profitability
• Ability to manage food safety, HACCP, and health department compliance
• Comfortable overseeing financials, inventories, labor, and food cost controls
